At Lovey Duv Sugar Scrub, we want you to love your skincare experience. Due to the nature of our handmade products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. However, we understand that things happen — and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email a photo of the damaged item and your order number to lyla@loveyduv.com, and we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit.

Order Issues or Mistakes

If you receive the wrong item or are missing something from your order, reach out to us as soon as possible. We’ll make it right!

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After that time, we may not be able to cancel if your order has already been processed or shipped.
