Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We currently ship via USPS and UPS.

Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): Rates vary by location
Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days): Available at an additional cost, please contact us for details

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you are outside the U.S. and interested in placing an order, please contact us at lyla@loveyduv.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Lovey Duv is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to resend.

Lost or Damaged Packages

While we are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit, we want to help! If you experience an issue with delivery, contact us at lyla@loveyduv.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
